Homework grade 8

This set of worksheets were developed specifically for eighth grade students (Grade 8). You will find five Language Arts units. Each unit contains a cryptogram, spelling, vocabulary quiz, word chop, word scramble, word list, and word search worksheet.

Math in the 8th grade begins to prove more substantial as far as long range skills students will use and need. Students work towards mastery with the basic order of operations. Expressions, function tables, probability as begin to work at the core of this grade level. We also have another 30 or so "Do Now" math worksheets for grade 8 students here.

8A (Bahcekoy) has a different homework assignment, which is to do the vocabulary for chapters 1 and 2 of LOTF (pages 8 and 10) of the workbook. Read all of Chapter 1 of Lord of the Flies, “The Sound of the Shell”, and write a summary of the chapter at the bottom of page 8 of the workbook.
